Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment of 3631 various vacancies mentioned below through Combined Subordinate Services Exam – 1 (Group 2) for the year 2012

Important Dates for recruitment in TNPSC 2012
- Last Date for Submission of Application (Online): 13 July 2012
- Last Date for Fee Payment through Offline Mode: 17 July 2012
- Date of Written Examination: 12 August 2012 (10 am to 1 pm)
Selection Procedure for recruitment in TNPSC 2012: Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in Written Examination and Interview/ Oral Test scheduled to be conducted by the authoritative body
How to Apply for recruitment in TNPSC 2012: Candidates need to apply online only on the TNPSC website http://www.tnpsc.gov.in/. After submission of application candidates must send the print out of application form to the Commission
Application Fee: The candidates need to pay application fee of Rs 50 and examination fee of Rs 100 through Online or Offline mode
Note: Those who have registered in the onetime registration system and paid the registration fee of Rs 50 and received the registration ID need not pay the application fee for a period of 5 years from the date of registration even if he applies for any other posts, subsequently notified by the Commission. But those candidates shall pay examination fee if applicable.
Online Payment: Candidates can pay fees through the online payment gateway, i.e Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit card Payment wherein an additional page of the application form will be displayed. After successful completion of online transaction, a Registration Number and Password will be generated. Candidates should note their Application Number and Password for future reference in respect of the post applied for.
Offline Payment: Candidates need to first apply online and click submit button. After submitting online, candidates will be provided with Application Number and password. On Submission system will generate the payment Challan which the candidate need to take print out and go to the nearest branch of Indian bank or the Designated Post Offices as the case may be, to make the payment.
